Hello Britney.
You have won the head of household this week. However because you are the Big Brother Clown you are not elligible to open Pandoras box and accept entrance into the attic. Therefore, you will not be given the option to give up your head of household this week.
Instead, if the head of household declines (or the clown wins the Head of household), the second place person is offered the option to open pandora's box, in exchange for giving up playing veto this week.
You will not know who the second place person is or if they have decided to accept or decline the offer. This offer is on the table for the first 5 weeks to the person who wins HoH, at which you may or may not see pandoras box again this season.
